First go to http://maps.google.com. Make sure you have an google account which can be created for free. Next create a new map on the url I specified, and you are ready to go :) Start adding pinpoints/markers for each place you want to visit. When done submit your map to this url to convert the pinpoint/markers to numbered markers. This way you can easily find out where you are going on a printed sheet of paper :)
